Simple Spice Rubbed Salmon
This simple spice rubbed salmon is the perfect healthy weekday main dish. Make this for your next meatless Monday dinner or impress for guests!
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425F. In a small mixing bowl, mix together the olive oil and all of the spices to form a loose paste. Place your salmon fillets on a parchment lined baking sheet. Using a spoon or pastry brush, spread the paste over all of the salmon fillets.
- Bake in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
