Blood Orange Gin Fizz
Cheers to the new year with this fun cocktail! Toast this blood orange gin fizz to the end of 2020, and look ahead to better times in 2021.
Ingredients
- 1 oz blood orange juice (fresh squeezed)
- 1 oz gin
- 3–4 oz (approx.) prosecco or other sparkling wine
- 1 thin slice of orange, for garnish
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake the blood orange juice and gin. Pour into a martini glass or coupe.
- Top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with orange slice and rosemary. Cheers and enjoy!
